Why should I subscribe?


As VIP, you gain full access to the Voca app until subscriptions end. Without subscription you cannot use the Voca after end of trial period.




How do I subscribe?


Tap on the “want 7 days free” banner at the top of the Profile Page. You will be prompted to select a subscription period. After you’ve made your selection, you may need to verify your iTunes credentials to complete the transaction. Also sometimes we provide special offers, where can give additional sale for subscription.




How do I manage my subscription?

How do I cancel my subscription?


To unsubscribe, simply turn off the auto-renewing subscription through iTunes. See this link for a step by step guide:http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098




When will my subscription automatically renew?


Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.




How does the free trial work?


Try us free for 7 days! You’ll gain the same VIP privileges as a subscriber. If you enjoy your free trial, do nothing and it will automatically convert to a VIP subscription at the end of the trial period.




How do I cancel my free trial?


You may cancel the free trial at any time through iTunes. See this link for a step by step guide: https://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098 If you cancel your free trial, you will not be charged at the end of the 7-day free trial period.




Can I use my subscription with multiple iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.)?


As long as you are signed into the same iTunes account, your VIP subscription will work on any number of supported iPhones and iPads.




Why can’t I start a free trial or purchase VIP with my iTunes Gift Card?


Apple policy requires you to have a minimum balance equal to the cost of the initial purchase plus 1 renewal period on your iTunes Gift Card in order to use it to start a free trial or purchase VIP. You will need to increase your Gift Card balance.





Video

How do I sing with video?


Go to the Songbook and choose a song. Before you start singing, switch the video toggle to “On”




How do I sing without video?


Switch the video toggle to "Off" and you are ready to rock, audio-only!




What devices support video?


Currently, the video feature is available on devices running iOS 10 and above. It’s available on iPhone 5 and later. If your device is not supported, you can still join collabs using only audio!




Can I switch my camera from front-facing to back-facing?


Right now you cannot. But we will add this feature in nearest future.





Search

How do I search?


You can search for songs and artists. Tap on the magnifying glass at the center of bottom panel. Type in any combination of terms related to the song or artist you are looking for: title, artist, tags, arranger For example, you can search for “Beatles yellow” to find The Beatles’s song “Yellow submarine”




What should I do if I can’t find the songs I like in Voca?


We are adding more songs to Voca. If you want to suggest any song, please use the “Request a song” function in our app, which can be found in “Me” → “Request a song.”




Where can I upload a song to the songbook?


Right now you cannot add any new song. But we work hard to provide this opportunity.





Other

Why does the app take up so much space on my device?


As you sing, audio and video data may be stored in your cache to enable faster loading. We clear all this data, but songs which you sing we stay. If you need more disk space, you can delete you songs on “My songs” page.




I don’t hear my voice in the microphone.


Try to go to Setting → Privacy → Microphone and enable the microphone for the Voca app. Then restart the Voca app.




Songs are loading slow or not loading at all.


Songs are streamed from YouTube and its load time depends on two things: YouTube and your internet connection speed. Unfortunately we don’t have any control on any of the above. If you experience slow load time, it is recommended that you reboot your device and check your internet speed.




How to delete a recorded song?


Open profile, then “My songs”. Swipe left the recorded song cell, then click “Delete”
